Usage Instructions

1. Install the bookmarklet in your browser. (For more information, see How to Use Bookmarklets.)
2. Click the bookmarklet when on an AO3 tag work listing and it will pop up an alert with the internal tag ID. This works best if you are logged in.

Use the ID like this:

• On a Works listing filter sidebar: Type -filter_ids:IDNUMBER in the "search within results" field to remove a tag, or use it without the - to include it
• In the Works search form: Type -filter_ids:IDNUMBER in the "any field" field to remove a tag, or use it without the - to include it

Note: This bookmarklet loads jQuery from Google's CDN. If you want to use your own URL, feel free to replace it.
